At The Fresh Tokri, we are committed to delivering fresh fruits and vegetables to your doorstep in just 45 minutes! Our fast and reliable delivery service ensures you get the freshest produce without delays.
1. Delivery Time & Availability
- Guaranteed 45-Minute Delivery: Once your order is confirmed, our team ensures delivery within 45 minutes.
- Operating Hours: We deliver from 8am to 9pm, on all seven days of the week
- Delivery Areas: We currently serve only Central Noida. If you are outside our service zone, we may not be able to fulfill your order.
2. Delivery Fees
- Standard Delivery Fee: 50 per order.
- Free Delivery: Orders above Rs199 qualify for free delivery.
- Express Delivery: Not applicable since all deliveries are already 30 minutes!
3. Order Processing
- Orders placed during operational hours are processed immediately.
- Orders received outside working hours will be processed at the start of the next business day.
- In rare cases of high demand, slight delays may occur. We will notify you if this happens.
4. Failed or Delayed Deliveries
We strive for on-time deliveries, but delays may occur due to:
- Unforeseen traffic or weather conditions.
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- Recipient unavailable at the delivery location.
